Anonymous asked: Hi Amy, I'm doing the DCP in the fall and I know from your rockin' vids you flew down. Any advice on what to bring down for people flying to FL as well? Like bed stuff, appliances etc... Thanks!! You rule!

Here’s a list to my packing video! In the caption is my full packing list. It says what I packed, shipped, and bought in florida!

daily reminder that the boy you’re in love with at 16 probably won’t matter when you’re 25.

daily reminder that the math test you failed your freshman year of high school probably won’t matter when you’re graduating college.

daily reminder that the problems you’re facing today may seem like the worlds end, but they will not matter in a year.

daily reminder that you’re going to be okay.

everything is going to be okay.

I dream of a world where I wake up in my house with Kenny by my side. When we step out our front door we are in the lobby of the Wilderness Lodge in Disney World, where we have free passes and free access to all the parks, food and merch we want. A boat ride away would be a hospital for me to work in and a school for Kenny to teach in. The monorail would make stops in Manhattan as well as Penn State University, all less than 20 minutes away. Imagine monoraiing to McClannaghan’s at PSU for a breakfast sandwich, then heading to work. Later you could take your lunch break in Manhattan for New York Pizza, then watch Magic Kingdom fireworks from your porch after a home-cooked meal. Then you can head out to the bars at Penn State where the monorail and boats will safely return your drunken self home. Can we build this now or.

Every so often Walt would call us up to his office on a Friday afternoon. We knew what he wanted. When we got there, he would say, “I just wanted to know what you boys were up to these days.” Then he would turn around in his chare and stare out the window, like the first time we played it [Feed the Birds] for him, and he would say “Play it.” And we would…and you could just see Walt thinking “That’s what it’s all about, everything we do at Disney.” - Robert B.
